- Faith-based treatment facility in DeSoto, Texas that serves both men and women. The program can take one year to complete. After 6 months of treatment individuals live in a 3 quarter house and are eased back into society. Individuals will remain at the 3 quarter house from 6 months to 1 year.

- Offers drug rehab and alcohol treatment in several DFW locations. The cost of treatment can be self-paid and many private insurance companies are also accepted. Recovery Maintenance programs can be attended at no charge for up to two years after an individual successfully completes a treatment program. If an individual is unable to pay for treatment, The Right Step may be able to help. Call for more information.

State funded adolescent treatment beds are available at The Right Step Euless facility. Male and female individuals, ages 13-17, with a primary diagnosis of substance abuse/dependency are accepted. Dual diagnosis adolescents who are psychiatrically and physically stable are also accepted. The funding source covers non NorthSTAR qualified families. The average length of stay is 30 days and the facility will do the screening/assessment to see if the family qualifies financially.

- The Salvation Army
- Provides substance abuse programs 365 days a year to help men and women shake the grips of alcohol and chemical dependency. The Salvation Army's voluntary treatment program for alcohol and drug addictions are conducted at facilities called Adult Rehabilitation Centers. Through the voluntary program, individuals enlist into residential treatment for periods of 6 to 12 months. In addition, because, The Salvation Army is recognized as a high-quality provider in treating alcohol and chemical addictions, individuals are also remanded to participate in the Army's court-ordered substance abuse program. The participants stay in this program up to 15 months.

- Timberlawn Mental Health System
- Provides a comprehensive and integrated system of psychiatric and substance abuse services for adults, adolescents and children. Referrals are accepted by phone, internet, or in person 24-hours a day, seven days a weeks. The initial assessment is free and conducted by a licensed, qualified mental health professional. An on-site psychiatrist is available at all times to provide further evaluation and admission. Timberlawn contracts with most managed care companies and is a provider for Medicare, NorthSTAR/Medicaid and traditional statewide Medicaid programs. Youth and adolescents can qualify for NorthSTAR and Medicaid. Adults can qualify for Medicare or use private insurance.

- Provide a wide diversity of services, which include outpatient addiction recovery programs for adults and adolescents. The counselors are able to address areas such as: depression, addictions, ADHD, school/behavior problems, low self-esteem, anger management, children's play therapy, relationship or family counseling, stress reduction, and hypnosis for trauma or smoking cessation.
