Assist individuals in accessing the healthcare, resources and support necessary to successfully manage the
challenges of living with HIV/AIDS. AIDS Arms is defined by the people they serve through their own programs
and a network of 85+ affiliated agencies. Clients come from all walks of life and include men, women,
children and teenagers. To become an AIDS Arms client, a person must have an HIV+ diagnosis and live in one
of the Dallas service delivery area counties. Eligible individuals can call for an initial intake
appointment to begin services.

Multicultural organization dedicated to meeting practical, emotional and spiritual needs of men, women,
children, and youth who are living with HIV/AIDS; and to helping stop the spread of HIV though prevention

To help families and friends of alcoholics recover from the effects of living with the problem drinking
of a relative or friend. Similarly, Alateen is our recovery program for young people. Alateen groups are
sponsored by Al-Anon members. Our program of recovery is adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous and is based
upon the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions, and Twelve Concepts of Service. Membership is free and
anonymous.
